Confused bc I have been bleeding. It's not spotting but not my regular flow. I have no cramps or pain but am very nauseous (especially after eating), have a closed/hard cervix and high temperature (99.2). What is going on?? Is this a true positive?? (Also, test taken at 8:30pm)
