Miscarried :(

I had a period on January 6th that lasted for 8 days. Since January 14th, I've been lightly spotting. Yesterday, I spotted bright red blood & on a whim took this test and it immediately popped up "pregnant". Beta done at ER was at 544.4 although a gestational sac could not be detected
