The best way to know if it’s a chemical is to have your doctor test your HCG levels. They’ll do an initial draw and then 48 hrs later, do a second to see if your numbers at least double.

There are so many factors that come into play with tests. It could be as simple as your urine was not as concentrated for the second test.
