I’m just wondering if I ovulated early then maybe that could be right? And the faint line is the same distance from the end of the test as the other line so I thought it’s in the right place? Thanks for your comment :)

If you ovulated on day 14 a positive on day 18 is a reason for concern. With the line being off-center I am thinking and hoping the test is faulty. I’d encourage to take a different test and if positive I would see a doctor. ??
