I tested again with the same urine on a FRER and it’s positive, so it was in fact wrong x

There is always 3 lines with these test , the dark one is the control to show it's worked and the other two has to much darker for it to be positive.
If your line was only very faint then you may not have enough hcg to make a Digi positive x
