They are brand new! You take a test every other day for 10 days. You also answer questions about your cycle and you track daily symptoms and then at the end it puts all that together to tell you what stage you are in. I'm 47 almost and my periods are still pretty regular...but my hot flashes!!

That’s interesting! Never seen those. So does it detect if you’re peri menopausal?? I’m 38 and my periods are becoming irregular and heavier, wondering if I should use one of these!
