Yes it's all on the potency of the hcg in your wee. Obviously the more you drink and wee the more.watered down it.will.be. although try not to give your self a kidney infection and I'd suggest some more water or cranberry juice when you've finished peeing on sticks

I got up once during the night as my 2 yr old woke up so that may answer the fmu, I waited 5hrs for 2mu then did 2/3 more weeks between 2mu and then this one , I have plenty of them lol so hold and test again later

Do one more if you have one just to double check if you get a line again. It all depends on implantation and levels of hcg. It could be that levels werent high enough this morning ..did you go for a wee during the night early morning. And what was the gap between your last wee before retesting?
