You might want to try Walmart brand first choice. I think they carry them elsewhere, but they are a purple cassette kind of test that cost around $0.88 each. Surprisingly, they are super sensitive and really accurate when read before the 10 minute mark. Wishing you all the best!

It’s a dye run
I had a Clear Blue that did the same thing and it was a line close to the control line just like yours. Press on the window and see if the line moves.
