You more than likely ovulated before a week ago and it was sex before that that got you pregnant. This looks like 9-11 days past ovulation to me.

This looks positive to me. However, it is not so much when you had sex, but when your body released an egg. There is a 12-24 hour window every time you ovulate (once a cycle) when sperm can fertilize an egg. Sperm live up to 5 days. So sperm in your system from up to 5 days before can get you preg.
