I would be concerned about a chemical pregnancy . I am so sorry you are going through this, I am sure it is very confusing. If the bleeding doesn’t get any heavier maybe get in with a doctor to get some blood work done.

Its red and was due today . Not heavy but more than spotting

I can see your lines but I am not sure about the bleeding though. Is it proper AF bleed for you?
