Woke up at 1:30am to pee... got this result. Photo taken at <5 min on a FR 6 days sooner.. 7 days until AF. I can’t believe it. Does this look ok for 8dpo?

Holy poop... ok, I still have 8 days until my period, but I was very very emotional yesterday, and I got carsick and nauseated. I can definitely see a vvfl in person, but im having a hard time picking it up with my phones camera. What do you think?! I have PCOS, so if this is for real... omg...

Really not sure this is right. I'm on birth control for medical reasons, but my period never showed. The line is extremely light pink. Barely even there. It's not first morning urine, so I'll try again after I wake up later.
UpdateA "first morning urine" (technically an afternoon urine since I work 3rds) came up totally negative. Which, given the fact that I'm currently going through some medical issues that need sorting before my fiancé and I start trying for a family, is a good thing.
