Cramping on right side, spotting, ovulation test looks negstive. Is there a line? Digital said negative. Concerned about eptopic.

spotting.....but I think if I was implantaion it would be a darker line. Showed up right away though

Been spotting pink but still no period. Took this this pm. I took one yesterday and there was no line what so ever.
