Had this a few hours after the first picture I posted today. Had very “weird” (they were intense but kind of dull, not stabbing or throbbing, idk) cramps on left side in the shower today, then an hour later, I had this.

Fmu. I see something next to the dark mark but I'm not sure if it's an evap or what. It's easier to see in real life. I wish I had a better camera!
