Is this a positive even if it's faint, still feels like af is on her way and my cervix feel like af will come any minute now but then I have this! Testing tomorrow if af doesn't arrive

In person my sister in law saw a line and I swear there is one, maybe zoom in and invert, idk I'm going crazy with symptoms ????????
