Is it possible that all 3 are evap lines? 2 bottom ones are Generic early response tests and the top is veriquick from dollar tree

I used the auto adjust feature on my phone, I think I see 2 lines but my vision is going bad from trying to focus on this (FMU) used

Took this FMU left it in bathroom and got ready for work before I left I got it and put it in my pocket. Looks alittle beat up. Control line is kinda faded may be seeing an Evap line
