Opened up the test to look at it, when I was trying to put it back, I punctured a hole in it on accident. I've heard blue dyes can give you a false positive. I'm hoping its not! I'm so unsure! I'm 18dpo. Please help!

I have all the symptoms but felt it was a little too early to test. I had implantation bleeding the following day.
