Ive missed my period.. spotting. Cramping. Sore breast. But still a negative hpt. If i was really prwgnant i would be at least 7weeks.. Is it possible?

The dip sticks were actually taken over the past two days... the mid stream stick was taken about 3 hrs ago. And the only reason I tested was bcause of a light brown/pink period that lasted maybe three days. I think what I had was implantation bleeding.. help is there VERY very faint line?
