I think I see a faint line? Thoughts?! I've never had 2 lines before (1st time TTC!) DOes this look promising to anyone?

I used an OPK using SMU and got this...looks like more than a faint line to me? Period is due in 2 days...took an HPT this morning but it was negative. Anyone have any thoughts on why this OPK is looking positive? Could I be pregnant?
