I took this test on Friday and this came up as soon as I took it. Faint line in the big box.

This test was taken yesterday afternoon. Right after I took the test it popped up with these two lines. Could I be pregnant?? Plus not to mention yesterday I took 2 equate tests and one was a light thin blue line the other was a little bit thicker blue line. I need help!!!
