Haven't had my first PP period after giving birth 6mths ago, had spotting 10 days ago and neg tests everyday until Sunday. Then tried another one today and I see a line, but could it just be an indent?!? No idea when conception could have been at all.

Have a 6mth old and still haven't had my period yet. Had spotting on Saturday and then non since. Feels like my period is coming for last 3 days but nothin yet. So I have no idea wen I would have ovulated as haven't had a period since giving birth!
