Spotting from 10dpo which stopped on 15dpo but line seems to be getting darker. Dr said he doesn't know if I'm pregnant or not and I'm freaking out. Would the line be fading if I'd had an early loss?

Got faint BFP 9dpo. Started spotting 10dpo. Still spotting today on 13dpo but pregnancy tests seem to be getting darker. Spotting is mostly brown but was red on 11dpo evening and 12dpo evening. Has something gone wrong to cause the spotting?

I have started to accept that it's probably a BFP (just don't want to get excited yet because I'm so nervous after trying for so long!) but is this progression ok? Is the line today (bottom) darker enough from yesterday's (middle)?
