Invert Image Greyscale Lighten Revert to Original Image

Took test around 7ish pm tonight. Saw nothing within about 3 minutes so I chucked it :( After taking a shower I had a weird feeling that I needed to look again...it was about 8pm when I read it and took a picture. Help please!
