Positive again and not period. 5 days late ! Has been positive ever since I ovulated on Dec 1st. Will it stop? Whats going on?

Test still showing positive 5 days in a row and 4 DPO. Wow... Also taking vitamins. 3 days late on period.! Could I finally be getting pregnant? Whats going on ladies?
