Cycle day 11. I have a 24 day cycle. Would u vote this a positive for ovulation?

I have a short cycle length. Usually 24 days. Period lasts 4 to 5 days. Trying to catch my egg so starting testing 2 days after my period ended. Does the last ovulation stick look positive for ovulation? Ive been a lil crampy like premenstrual today as well. Any advice or opinions welcome
