8 dpo line came up immediately ... Had spotting 4 dpo.. I took 4 more and they all have lines

Had a mmc in March. On May 11 I got my first af and I ovulated on cd 15 ( I temp) my beta hcg levels were 8.2 on the same day I started my period and a few days after that I got negative hpt. Is this positive or leftover hormones?

Cd 18 of 32 day cycle. Is this a positive ovulation test? When would ovulation actually occur?
