I know the line is there BUT when I had my hcg test, my levels were 0,6 and then 48 hours later my hcg was 456, is that enough? Please help!!

Please HELP ladies! I did this test 3 days ago, and then wine and had a blood test done yesterday and I was told that the HCG levels are too low and I have to redo them in 48 hours. I'm so worried now, please comment if you have experienced this before. Thanks
