It took ages to soak the paper into getting the control line, gave up waiting! Went back 30 mins later and saw this. Water mark or positive? Been testing all week and blatant negatives

Was negative at first so put it in the cupboard and left it. Went back to look an hour later so I don't know if this had developed earlier or not! I've been told you can get a blue line evap??
