I have taken multiple test and all show the same result that leave me so doubtful if its a evap or faint positive all lines show within the 3 min time frame. but I don't know what to make of it help please.. feel free to comment

Please help me I am feeling very very much pregnant but I see a very faint line is this considered positive or evap.. heeeeeelp!
