Have had two miscarriage this year and Hoping this second line is the real deal. I took dollar tree tests yesterday and had light lines and this today. What do you all think?

Tweaked the picture to hopefully see line better. Never used a dollar tree test. There is a second line. Is this positive, has anyone used these had a positive look like this? Please help, on progesterone after two miscarriage this year.
