Is an IC finally positive for me??

Do I have a bad batch of ICs? This is driving me nuts now, the pink are OPKs, the green are one step pregnancy 15miu/ml (fairly sensitive) and the frer. The IC's are barely barely registering a second line and it's not getting darker. I am trying to trust the frer but as poas addict it is hard!

Left is opk, right is pregnancy test. 11 dpo finally showing up on a 15miu/ml test. Had a positive frer and positive frer digital at 9 dpo
