Took apart a digital start getting a Not Pregnant, yet, I see this! Think it couldn't pick it up just yet...do you see the two lines...I think this is my BFP, what do you guys think???

Is this IB? Started off yellowish/Brown last night, and this afternoon, pinkish with a couple of red blood spots, currently 12dpo, AF due in 3-4 days, exp AF cramps as well. Thank you. Please help..so confused.
