I don't know if I believe it. 10 years of trying to get pregnant. 2nd test taken and instantly showed this. Answer lab test strip are not reliable in my eyes but never had one show 2 lines instantly. What do yall think?

I don't know if I believe it. 10 years of trying to get pregnant. I let the dye run and didn't see a line so I walked off. 5 mins later came back and this is what I saw. Can it be?

I need ur help ladies. I thought I ovulated on cd 17 but now I'm on cd 29 which is the last test on the bottom. Does it look like I'm just now ovulating right before my period or does it look like I might be pregnant. My husband and and I have been trying since my miscarriage 10 years ago.
