Unsure if this is implantation spotting been happening since yesterday but changing from pink to brown only mild cramps, I normally get bad cramps due to my endometriosis this is nothing like it please help

Started to spot yesterday evening a pinkish colour and now it's like this is it implantation bleeding or the start of AF? Im really confused as I have had 2 negative and 3 faint positive results not in that order though amy advice would be greatly appreciated xx
