Line came up within seconds but is this test too light for 14dpo?

BFN this morning at 7:00am then this faint looking line at 12:00pm (different test) the line came up just after the control line did and when the red dye was still moving up the test. I don't know what to think and scared its just a dodgy test!?

AF came on Xmas day, a week later still felt pregnant took a test last night and this came up!?
Don't know what to make of this.
