8 DPO evap/indent line or very faint positive? Had possible implantation dip this am and been feeling exhausted and nauseous all day

sharp implantation pains yesterday 7dpo very sore BBs. Exhausted... what do you guys think very very faint +? I know it's still too early
also was taken after 5 hr urine hold, not overnight
