implant removed 7 weeks ago. 9 wks since last AF. first ovulation since implant removal???? is it a true positive this late after so long waiting for AF???

picture taken the following morning but the line showed within the first couple min. done a FR since with negative result. have very achy boobs and feel extremely dizzy and sick. thoughts??

thought i saw a v.v.v faint line in person but not sure. implant removed 8th jan possible implantation bleed last friday (5 days ago)

after three dodgy looking cheap tests with super faint lines I opted for a more expensive test to double check. line came up within 2mins!!
i've had sore boobs for 2-3 days and although the votes on other tests have been negative I just knew!!!

Retested today with FMU. I know I can see a second line in person! Just don't want to get my hopes up?? what do you think?? thanks
