I ovulated on cd 27 last month and now this time I'm not sure what's going on because my temps aren't going up.

the opk on the bottom was taken last night on cd 21 and had a follicle scan two days prior (cd19) and had an 18mm follicle. I took 2 opks this morning and both were very negative. I'm unsure about this one, I've never had a +opk before so not sure.
