LADIES... how do I get a positive smiley on Monday morning, IUI done at 6pm and then today, wednesday this cheapie is positive?!

Ladies HELP...just had a baby 9 weeks ago after trying for 3 years. Could this be left over hcg? I have not had a period yet and exclusively breast feeding.
UpdateIt was neg. had a blood test. I was a POAS aholic and never in my history of sticks has this happened. I had faint lines i thought could be something but this one was so positive in the time frame. Faulty test for sure

2nd test today. I'm having a hard time believing that it's positive this early. Ovulated on the 20th. IUI on the 19th
