I uses the VeriQuick dollar tree test. I feel pregnant. Last period was almost 2 months ago. History of twins. Ovulated on the 19th of this month. Any ideas what's going on?

Started testing yesterday morning up until now (next day /afternoon) and this is what I have so far. positives or evap lines? Im using the VeriQuick dollar tree test. First response is still negative. The purple test us a Walmart one.
