Not sure how many DPO. My cycles are irregular, so if I've already OV'd this month I shouldn't be more than 7 DPO

I got my period this cycle over a week late. This is our first month trying to conceive. I keep having pregnancy symptoms/super faint positives on FRERS. I am supposed to have a prenatal appt. on Thursday. Should I cancel it or should I still go?

Period now 8 days late. Took this test about 3 days ago. I've been testing a lot but this is the darkest line I've gotten so far.
