Please help! My sister has a 4 month old and has been feeling off. She got this test, them decided to retest about 30 min later and the other had no line! Is she pregnant or false positive?

She'll please! I keep testing cause I've miscarried before and it gives me comfort. I took a clear blue digits yesterday am smu and gr a 2-3 weeks pregnant, tested agai this am and it said 1-2 I was freaking out but my frer on the bottom is much darker today than yesterday. What do you ladies think?

Please help! I'm 14 dpo is it normal for my tests to be so dark? I'm a fraternal twin and thinking this is a sign if twins maybe?
