My LMP was 2 weeks ago (10/28/19). Today (11/11/19) should be my ovulation day (0 DPO). I’m so confused and worried that this is an ectopic pregnancy, or that something just isn’t right. Comments would be greatly appreciated.

LMP 10/28/19. Today is CD 14. Breasts tender and swollen today (odd for CD 14) Nauseated as well. I am absolutely thrilled and elated, but I can’t believe how early it is. I’m afraid something isn’t right.
Miscarriage. HCG blood levels:
11/11/19- 16
11/13/19- 6
11/15/19- less than 2
