Baby's heartbeat

Today I went to a midwife, my midwife couldn't see me because she's away for 3 weeks, so I went ahead and saw a different one. I asked her about the bleeding and the clots. (now my bleeding is more like spotting with no clots) She said women get bleeding like that all the time, so it's normal. But if it's really heavy, then there's something wrong. She couldn't answer the question about the clots. She said I might have passed the baby out after I got my US done last night at the ER (last night, after the ER visit, I passed a clot as big as a small apple). She did a pelvic exam, cervix was closed, with light blood coming out (sorry, TMI). At least I was at ease that my cervix wasn't open. It's a good thing right? Well anyways, after I left from my clinic I went to the hospital for my US appointment. (I this scheduled a long time ago)...I was so nervous...As soon as the technician put the little wand on my stomach, I saw my baby, I could see it's heart beating. I didn't get happy, because I don't want to get my hopes up and then they fail again, I was relieved....heart was beating 150 BPM. Last night, it was 139 BPM. Due date is still the same ( Jan. 15. 2013) 7weeks and 3 days pregnant. I'm getting blood work done again tomorrow to see my HCG levels...I just hope this baby sticks. Looks like this is a strong little guy/girl. God Bless him/her with a wonderful life. Amen!
