I'm 38 yo, w/a beautiful 20 mo daughter; and TTC #2 (hoping for a boy).

-Missed MC and D&C - May 2011
(Retrospect) Chemical - August 2011
-Chemical/Early MC - December 2011

Two miscarriages in one year have certainly put things into perspective for me. ALL of 2011 I had laser-like focus on creating a LIFE. In 2012 I am focusing on LIVING.

In accordance with this thinking, going forward I:
-WILL NOT track my symptoms.
-WILL NOT check my cervix.
-WILL NOT use OPKs (although I'm not sure when I might ovulate after this darn miscarriage lol).
-WILL NOT POAS unless AF is late.
-WILL exercise at least 3 times a week.
-WILL take baby aspirin every day, until...
-WILL continue to take my prenatals and fish oils every day.
-WILL take vitamin B100 complex daily.
-WILL take vitamin C daily.
-WILL focus on living and eating healthy.

I WILL continue to use CTP (and eventually CMP, prayerfully in the future) to journal and respond to forums and stuff -- just cuz I love it!! LOL

MY DAILY AFFIRMATION:
I will conceive this month.
I will have a healthy and beautiful baby boy.
I will have a healthy pregnancy free from complications.
I will have a delivery free from complications.
My hormones are in balance.
My body is ready to carry my child.
My uterus is ready for our seed.
My uterus is ready to nurture and carry my baby full term.
I am ready to be a mother again.
I love my children.
I love being a mother.
