My Recent HPT & OPK Images

The one on the left is yesterdays/CD 10 and the one on the right is today's/Cycle Day 11. Is it possible I could ovulate this early? (Just started taking vitex a couple weeks ago)     I've been feeling sick to my stomach... Maybe too early? AF is also a week late.     Took this about 3 minutes after. AF is about a week late. I kind of see a second line, but it's probably an evap. I think I may be 22 dpo, but I'm not entirely sure when I ovulated.     Looks like I'm out. :(     From left to right: CD 16, CD 15, CD 14, and CD 11. Is conception possible on CD 15? Or 17?     From left to right: CD 15, CD 14, and CD 11. So, did I ovulate on CD 15?
