About Me / My Trying to Conceive Story
My name is Joy I am 28I have been with my dh (29) for 10 years
We got married & bought a home together in 2009
We have been ttc #1 for about 2 years now
I was pregnant in the summer of 2010 & miscarried at 8 weeks.
It took 8 cycles after my m/c, but...
On June 30th 2011 at 7:20pm I found out I was pregnant!
U/S @ 10 weeks - baby measured 8 weeks with no heartbeat
M/C started Aug 18th 2011.. and lasted over 2 months
& included an ambulance ride, a 3 week hospital stay
2 Folley Balloons, 3 blood transfusions (of 2 bags each) & a Histeroscopey
I was finally discharged on Oct 24th 2011
My cycles finally seem to have normalized... I started back ttc in my Jan-Feb cycle using preseed with no luck, then thr nrxt cycle (Feb-March) I added epo to the mix again (like I did before my last bfp) and on March 21st at 12:30am I got my BFP!!
Heard our little ones heartbeat at 10 weeks 5 days!!
Went for a non-diagnostic u/s at 11 weeks 3 days and saw our little peanut jumping around :) Amazing! & had a good stong heartbeat at 168bpm!
Had our sweet bsby boy on Dec 4th 2012! <3
Bled for 2 months postpartum, then stopped for about a month and got AF on March 6th 2013. Currently ntnp, and will likely begin actively ttc this summer for #2!
