About Me / My Trying to Conceive Story

My husband and I have been together for almost 9 years. I just turned 28 years old on the 12th of June and I have the best, most beautiful 10 year old step-daughter. While I love being a mom and love her like my own and I think of her in no other way different than my own, we feel it is time for us to have a litte bundle of our own. At first I thought I would be ok without kids of my own but the feeling you get when you know your are ready to receive God's most precious gift, it is the most humbling and amazing feling. We started trying in February of this year (2012) and this was also when I decided to get off birth control. We are hoping for our new little bundle soon along with my husband and my baby girl. I owe alot of my wishing for a little one to her becuase her being in my life gave me the chance to see how enjoyable and rewarding motherhood could be. I wish every mommy-to-be and family TTC all the baby dust there is. Keeping fingrs crossed for us all!!!!
