Shorter Period than Normal. Only 1 day of heavy bleeding?

Hi! Typically I have a 5 to 7 day period but this time it was 3 days and the 2nd day was heavy. Any ideas why this happened? Any chance of pregnancy? I'm still moody as all get out too. Ugh.
