my body doing funny /strange things hope this is it ladies

well started 27th feb tested posotive with smiley face on 3rd iknow i know quick my cbfm never even showed high or peak just low but it is my first month using it thats why i backed up wiv cb digital test so im on 7dpo am im getting some changes i keep feeling light headed i have middle backache bruised to touch boobs and my skin is now coming out in blotches or like little red spots but not spots if you now what i mean like marks very high cervix but im not testing at all till my af is due whitch is 19 or 25 as my cycle changed last month always had 28 but did go to 21 last month so im waiting and as im writing im getting twinges in my lower rite side under the hip bone going round
