Ovulation confusion

This has been my first month temping. I'm consistent with days and times, and they are usually all around the same temp. My cycles have always shown a rather consistent 29 days, give or take a couple of days. On a couple of fertility apps I have (I have 4!), I was due to ovulate on CD 14, which coincided with my EWCM. my temp had not alerted, however. I assumed i wasn't going to ovulate this month, because i have had mild issues in the past. My temp rose significantly on CD24, but I had no cm at all. On the day it rose, my husband and I BD that afternoon. So, 1dpo. The next day, 2dpo, I was cramping next to my right hip. My temp dropped to below the coverline on 5dpo, which is today. I have light bleeding, with tiny clots and EWCM. I know i need too see what my temp is in the morning, but I'm super confused as to which time I ovulated. Was it when I had fertile mucus, but no bbt shift? Or when I had the bbt shift, but no fertile mucus?
